HON. BILYAMINU YUSUF SHINKAFIis a teacher, an administrator and a politician, Hon. Shinkafi was born on 26 th November, 1976 in Shinkafi, Zamfara State. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Management from University of Maiduguri University and a Masters in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He worked in many private and public establishments and served as a Member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Zurumi/Shinkafi Federal Constituency in the 7 th National Assembly. He also was a Director of Administration in the Office of the Speaker and also Chief of Staff to the Majority Leader, House of Representatives. Hon. Shinkafi is an Associate of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative and also an Alumni of the prestigious Harvard University. He represents the North-West Zone in the Commission.
